After 21 years in the construction industry as a construction administrator, I've decided to expand my clientele to include, not only state construction agencies, but private Consulting, Engineering and Construction Management firms throughout New York state. • Oversee and manage all facets of construction administration.
• Monitor project for construction document compliance.
• Coordinate construction submittal processes.
• Establish and maintain a tracking system for all project construction records (RFI’s, ASI’s, RFP/CO’s).
• Receive and distribute construction test reports and coordinate commissioning activities.
• Prepare agendas, conduct and create meeting minutes.
• Maintain daily logs, records and progress photos of project.
• Review, manage and distribute punchlist(s), closeout procedures, documents, LEED information, O&M instructions, warranties and as-built records.
• Notify all parties of any work not in conformity with or in delay of the Construction Documents.
• Respond to Contractor’s inquiries and questions and provide supplemental information as needed.
• Provide assistance in the review of the Contractor’s requests for change orders and labor rates and prepare them for the Owner’s approval and execution.
• Prepare revised Contract Drawings to document approved change orders.
• Monitor the Contractor’s schedule and assist the Owner in reviewing all relevant activities and advise the Owner of scheduled progress.
• Provide multiple database entry, including e-filing of all documents. Databases previously utilized: Procore, Submittal Exchange, Primavera, Expedition, Prolog, E-Builder and Newforma.
• Creation of a closeout log to encompass all Contract turnover items for the Owner.
• Coordinate and schedule all training sessions.
• OSHA 10 certification.
